Privacy Policy

Pool Wranglers ("we," "us," or "our") operates poolwranglersfl.com (the "Site"), providing pool cleaning, maintenance, and equipment repair services based in Babcock Ranch, FL. This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

The only personal information we collect through the Site is what you choose to submit through our quote request form or share with our chat assistant:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your property address (optional)
• The type of service you're interested in
• Any additional details you choose to share in the message field

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information through the Site — payment for services is handled separately, directly with you.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your request, provide a quote, and schedule and perform the service you've asked about. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or rent it to third parties.

How Your Information Is Delivered to Us

When you submit the quote request form, the details are sent as a text message to our business phone line through our phone service provider, Quo, and as an email to our business inbox through our email provider, Resend, so we can respond quickly. Both process that information on our behalf as our service providers — it is not shared with any other third party.

If you give us a phone number — through the form or our chat assistant — we send you one text message confirming we received your request, so you know it arrived and have our number in your phone. Reply STOP to that message to opt out of any further texts from us. We don't send marketing or promotional texts.

Chat Assistant

Our website chat assistant is powered by AI. Messages you send are processed by our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate replies. We save a copy of each chat conversation so we can follow up on requests and improve the answers the assistant gives. Saved conversations are visible only to Pool Wranglers and are deleted automatically after 12 months. If you share your name and phone number in the chat, they are sent to us as a text message through Quo, the same way as the quote request form. A copy of each conversation is also emailed to our business inbox through our email provider, Resend.

Cookies and Tracking

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive here. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your browser, device, and approximate location. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We also use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), to measure how well our ads work. It records which pages you visit and when you submit a quote request, and Meta may use cookies to connect that activity to your Facebook or Instagram account and to show you ads. We never send your name, phone number, email, or the answers you give in our forms to Meta. You can manage how Meta uses this information in your Facebook ad preferences.

Data Retention

We keep the information from your quote request only as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a customer, to provide our services. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time using the contact details below.

Your Choices

To review, correct, or request deletion of information you've submitted to us, contact us using the information below and we'll take care of it.

Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for adults seeking pool service and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
